Or USPS PRIORITY MAIL (2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS)

All orders are processed within 24 hours in most cases.

All orders placed after Friday at 5:00pm EST will ship the following Monday.

Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL (10 TO 20 BUSINESS DAYS) Or DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (5 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS)

For USPS shipments, tracking may not be available once your package leaves the US. VAT, Taxes, and Duties are applied to shipments received from the US in some countries. Although we try to provide you with the best shipping experience on all International orders, OLANI.CO is not responsible for fees or taxes applied by your government.

Olani.co is not responsible for any packages lost in-transit once it departs the US. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

Due to import/export regulations, we only ship via DHL to the following countries: Brazil, India, & Mexico.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not happy with your Olani product, we will take it back within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Charges are not refundable.
Product must be unused (new condition) and in original case to be eligible for a refund.

Returns are processed within 3 business days once the product has been received at our headquarters.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days after we receive product for a refund to be reflected in your account.
We will process all refunds by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please email us at contact@olani.co before sending anything back.
OLANI.CO is not responsible for Shipping Charges when customers return an item.
Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of placing your order.
